We have the capabilities to assemble SMT from prototypes to full production. Mertek provides contract manufacturing of single or multi-layer flexible or rigid circuit board assemblies using SMT and through hole manufacturing methods. we also can provide PCB design and layout.

We offer volumes from one off prototypes PCB assembly to short run projects or medium volume production quantities in our US assembly facility to speed up time-to-market for customers. When customer’s volume grows higher, we help them to transfer the high volume production to our low cost China and Taiwan assembly facilities. Many of our customers have, with great satisfaction, transferred their PCB assembly operations to us from top tier electronic contract manufacturing providers, who frequently fail to provide priority attention, quality and responsiveness to any except their top-volume customers.
